Karnatak University, Dharwad has conferred Doctor of Philosophy (Political Science) to Shri Charles Lobo(IPos 1987), Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle at Dharward on 26th August 2015 for his thesis titled " Role of Inspection in Governance of Department of Posts". Sri Charles Lobo is now holding Additional chrge of CPMG AP Circle since Ist week of Aug 2015.
